When Irv was sent to do a wellness check in the second or third episode and Mark's wife was reading "facts" about Irv's outtie, one of the facts was that Irv's outtie liked the sound of radar. His outtie's dog's name is Radar!!! That's actually super wholesome.

So they've been sending Innie Irv to the same place Ms. Casey goes. I think Innie Irv started to be rebellious when he started working there but they mindfucked him into being a loyal Lumin person. Outtie Irv being like a radical person, while Innie has been loyal dont make any sense. As one of the characters said previously, you feel up there the same as down there but dont know why.

He might’ve “lost” his loved one, and his work self used to see his wife in the Wellness sessions before Casey came in (cus Irving has been there for many years) and some shit happened when he got to see the elevator that goes down, but had it wiped from his Innie’s brain. BUT the outie somehow remembers it instead of the Innie….

Starts downing coffee at like 10pm and then paints obsessively for hours. That man Irving ain’t getting any REM sleep but his outie doesn’t care cuz he doesn’t have to experience a sleepy work day😭

We saw how he gets home late in the evening and drinks a lot of coffee and starts painting. So his Outie is prolly sleep-deprived, which is why his innie tends to fall asleep at work, and experiences the black paint from his Outie's memories literally leaking into his world, in such a Nightmarish way. 17:45 That is literally Irving's painting that he makes over and over, and over again... I wonder how he knows about it since it seems like its a 1-way trip, or you get reset down there or something.
