Roshi is right about the fast guy. His powers are pretty much a copy of The Flash's base powers. He can run fast, heal fast, and throw lightning. Also like The Flash he needs a lot of calories because of the extremely fast metabolism. I'm still not convinced anyone is giving these people powers. Why give random people powers in an uncontrolled environment and then capture them? I think like the X gene in X-Men this is a mutation. In this case it only happens with people that probably have the Sickle Cell trait.

Michael’s power or powers is kinda confusing but he could just have time powers instead of teleportation he’s just able to jump through time I guess, even him “teleporting” could just be him jumping through time for 1 second and ending up in a different place… idk😭
