Just so info you might want to know, none of this is spoilers. The Princesses of Jahad aren't King Jahad's daughters technically. They are special women selected to recieve Jahad's blood, who would eventually compete to become the King's Bride. For this reason Princesses can't fall in love or marry, otherwise they risk diluting the Jahad power. Which is why Anak's mother had to run away after giving birth to Anak

Answer studios (current season) has not been animating any big shows, they're often only assisting in being a producer or assistant as such, Garden of Words is a movie they've been producer of. However they didn't animate it. Telecom Animation Film is the studio behind season 1, and they've animated Lupin the third, Orange, Nagatoro-san, 7dsl 4 knights of the apocalypse, and a bunch of older shows. So they have a lot more experience.

As we see in S1, Baam has high resistance to Shinsu attacks, but can be clapped w/ just using a big stick or w/e raw physics damage. He literally blacked out from getting bonk'd by Hwaryun in the Crown Game, yet he just tanked an Ignition Weapon assblast w/ his body to guard Endorsi during the tag game. I honestly think Jahad should just send niggas w/ guns to dome him, simple as. Then again I suppose since he can regen, plain physical attacks don't rly do that much damage either, despite being his only real weakness so far

Just a few fun facts while i was watching the recaps so i dunno if these are spoilers 1. Spears and needles are primarily used as weapons, even by the strongest fighters, because weapons with larger surfaces, such as swords and clubs, are highly disadvantageous due to the density of the shinsu inside the towers. 2. The team roles "fisherman, wave controller, etc." are named as such because when King Jahad, the first to clear the tower, climbed it, there were no human enemies, only underwater adversaries. Consequently, the roles were named after this context, and the names persisted.

also just for sheera, ik she was joking when she talked about what if someone could jump all the way up the tower, but something thats easily overlooked given how quickly it was talked about in s1 is that they are within the tower itself, and the only way to go to a higher floor is by passing each exam in every single floor. its also worth mentioning, the author said in his blog posts that each floor is roughly the size of the US in distance. im not sure if one theoretically just kept going upwards towards the shinsoo sky, if they would hit a ceiling or something tho. love the vids keep it up :)

So they don't really explain it but almost everyone in the Tower has a long lifespan. The higher you climb, the longer your lifespan as your shinsoo control improves. Rankers who've made it to the top of the Tower basically stopped aging. Even for regulars who are still climbing, 50 or even 100 years isn't too big of a deal to them. Some of them have been climbing for a VERY long time.

Basically, Bam and Rachel decided to climb the tower together. After taking tests, forming a team and many other things they reached a certain point. And Rachel decided to betray Bam by pushing him into a ravine (she basically took the opportunity to try and kill him in a way that couldn't be traced back to her). S2 picks up with Bam who obviously survived, you aren't missing much since what happens now is directly what happens after Rachel's attempted murder of Bam.

The less complicated the art style the easier to animate look at mob psycho. Very simple designs compared to something like castlevania which takes years to get good animation due to the complex art style or record of ragnarok going powerpoint at times

The shift reminds me a lot of vinland saga, like how Bam went through a huge depressing event at the end of the prologue essentially and now there’s a time skip with new characters.
