Couldn't agree more this is one of the best live action anime out there it makes me want a parasyte movie with these same creators. The action choreographers behind the bridge scene were 100% influenced by Spiderman 2 those parasites had straight up Doc Ock level movements it was amazing. Even though you guys are probably right with that being the pastor's special ability it still throws that whole one scan out the window also I was surprised everything happened so fast as well this whole show is demon time I guess this is the difference between 6 episodes and 24.

It was the one that killed Shinichi's mom if I remember correctly because it couldn't use the body correctly.
