That's not what happened. All of the teas were drugged, so anyone who drank them would be asleep. The people who weren't asleep were ones that knew not to drink the tea, meaning they were informants or had been told by informants. That's the whole point of them killing anyone who moves and throwing out tear gas and all of that--to see who is faking and who is actually drugged, and killing those who are faking it. I guess he's a terrible person because he's taking a kind of sociopathic joy in slaughtering them in cold blood without a trial or anything, but yes, from a strictly professional black ops standpoint, he isn't necessarily doing anything wrong. Li Mihyun took pity on them being slaughtered so stopped him from killing more of them by pretending to mess up.

Fun fact, the plane explosion like a lot of the missions showed in the show, really happened (obviously without super heroes) Korean Air Flight 858 had a bomb planted on it in an overhead storage bin by North Korean Agents in 1987, its kindof neat how they take real events and put a spin on them with the whole super powered agents thing

The tea wasn’t poisoned it was drugged . The people who drank it were not dead they were unconscious. The innocent people who died are those were not double agents however didn’t drink the tea because they were told not to . For example in the beginning we saw those 2 guys talking to eachother, one of them was a double agent and was told directly not to consume it while the other wasn’t told , however the double agent told him because they are “friends” . So he is an innocent person who got information from a double agent and died .

If the guy was trying to kill the double agents, and was fine with killing the innocent people, why didn't he just kill them all outright from the beginning? The poisoning scheme seems pointless if the end goal is to just kill them all anyway. If it's because he wanted to identify the traitors first, then how was he accomplishing that by poisoning everyone anyway? Episode was good but that part felt contrived.

I gotta admit I thought it was a low-mid tier ability after seeing Bongseok use his ability and everything I've seen in past live action with regards to flight powers. I was blown away by the GOAT, Doosik aka Moonsan. This dude is epic with it and makes me hopeful for how great Bongseok can be when you add what he gets from his mom's side. Can't wait for you guys to finish rest of show, it was a great find and I wouldn't have given it a shot if not for you guys putting it on my radar. Thanks

What I like about this show is they focus on Skill trumping super power usefulness, where power is more a supplement for skill. Example being Moonsan (Bongseok's dad) being the top spy despite other people having more op powers. Bongseok's mom was also mentioned to be extremely skilled assassin wise (which leads to my Spy x Family correlation) where her powers work perfectly for that job, super senses and pseudo spider sense. That means if Bongseok can get his skill up, he'll be a real deal since his powers are stacked.
