They are doing what bad anines do... soon as someone starts an attack, someone has to monologue in their head, then cut away to some other character doing something, then go back to the fight but instead of the action it's more talking, then flashback, then someone fucking does an attack for 10 seconds only to repeat the filler nonsense instead of continuing the action.

The camera angle did not show the lower half of his body, so I'm pretty sure lol. 2. I'm not 100% sure about this one, but the Timez Cold spell was stopped by Wahlberg, and the Timez Unmove spell stopped Wahlberg. So I think either Timez Unmove was an advanced version of Timez Cold, or it was an instant cast spell that stopped time before Wahlberg could transfer the spell away. Edit: after rewatching that part, I think Timez Cold was an AoE spell that spread like sphere and stop time of everything of everything within that sphere, and it needs time to activate and expand, so it can be stopped. The Timez Unmove spell was like an single target spell that requires no time to cast, so Wahlberg could not stop that.
