Honestly I understand as the leader that Song has to take responsibility and stuff but lets not act like Jin Woo and Kim aren't majorly at fault here too. Cause remember they both voted for continuing the raid for their own reasons. Then the moment shit hit the fan Kim points a sword at Song's throat blaming him for the situation THEY voted for and put themselves in, and I understand they couldn't have known it would happen, but that's what protocol is for when you come across unexplainable cases like a random double dungeon cave you leave it be. I personally don't think Jin Woo could act petty here even if he wanted to because he knew it would be a risk and it really wasn't anybody else's fault that he ended up there.

@Wayfolife That'd mean he's B AT BEST, because he almost got BODIED by Cerberus, and he only won cuz of the dagger w/ its status debuff fuckery & the system trying to go all the way thru ass to find a way to keep the Player alive, including auto-opening the store on the HP potion tab & all that, as well as pointing out the Karak or w/e venom bottle that melts your muscles to shit (permanent 35% STR debuff) in exchange for getting a hardened "exoskeleton" that is a 20% Damage Reduction buff basically. He basically only won via bruteforcing w/ a Lifesteal dagger that applies a debuff (paralysis) as well as draining HP, and the HP drain damage is MaxHP% based, so the target will eventually die even if it's more OP than you (as long as it's not too busted compared to you that is), albeit the MaxHP% effect only has a certain % probability of proccing, on the lower end (so likely under 10% chance on hit, IIRC it only says that it has a low chance to proc, no specific % is given for w/e reason, I blame shitass dev smh)

Also, no one is considering that regardless of his current raw stat strength, Jinwoo has like 0 combat experience when it comes to high rank enemies or dungeons. (The exception being Cerberus which he struggled with) So yes, he might've killed an A rank monster barely, but that doesn't mean he's A rank at all in terms of experience, gear, or raw stats. To use Elden Ring as an example, it's like having a guy just soul farm for stats in Limgrave, and barely beat Margit, but assume he can clap Godfrey/Radahn without actual combat experience or better gear.

exactly people act like the fact that he is struggling against an A rank and nearly died is literally proof that he isn't at that level yet. Mans had to buff himself, heal himself and debuff Cerberus to win that's all the proof you need.

If that’s your logic then Joohee a B rank healer shouldn’t be struggling to heal E & D ranks .. u gotta take into account he not only had a c rank weapon with debuffs he also took a a rank potion to buff him after also using Full recovery lol. He himself doesn’t even want to enter the castle because he knows he’s lower than the A rank Cerberus guarding the gate.. u really gotta look at this like a game. U can be underleveled and still kill a boss doesn’t mean you’re actually at it’s level

As to why loads of ppl were complaining about the lack of action, its most likely cus that's the draw of the series. Most readers read it cus it was hype and the art was amazing, only a small few relative to the total viewers actually gave a fuck about anything else. It was never rlly about the story or any characters outside of jinwoo, ppl like it cus it's peak power fantasy so they don't care at all for the added depth given to these characters. I'm with them tbh, I'm not complaining that were getting it but i couldn't care less about fleshing out the cast, I enjoy the series cus the action is amazing, nothing else about it is rlly appealing.

There was no action at all, purely character building and world building that was not in the Manhwa which was desperately needed. Like 80%-90% of this entire episode was anime original content and only adapted 1 chapter from the Manhwa. Also, just in case you forgot Kang(Purple Hair) was shown the first time in episode 3 when they went to measure Sung's power for a second awakening. So if you're wondering why he was looking at Sung weird at the end of this episode it's because he's suspicious of him.
