2023-12-15 01:11:02 +0000 UTCAxes can be just as, if not more practical than a sword in the right hands; a good axe can go against armor whereas a sword may have a little more trouble against armored opponents and require more specific techniques - i.e, the murder stroke, or half-swording - as compared to the axe where you can, well... Just hit them without having to change up your method of attack.

Is it just me or is it a lil weird seeing stark fight with an axe instead of a sword or something that’s better suited for combat ? Don’t get me wrong I like how they use a weapon you don’t see very often with people of smaller builds but I just think axes are kind of impractical in fast paced combat. Lmk y’all’s thoughts
