I just know that sometimes they forget things that happen between seasons (and sometimes the people here can be assholes about that) so they might forget more if there's a longer pause between them watching season 2 and 3.

As someone who has seen and loved both, The Bear & Barry. It might be semantics but I say vote for The Bear. Only 2 Seasons 18 eps total, crew can finish that up in no time and then Barry after which they'll be locked in for awhile since it's 4 seasons 32 eps total.
