Rose and his sister have the same disease, and vampires are a similar process. He basically just used an AoE form of his "healing" here.

He thinks she's going through a "Chuunibyou syndrome" phase like his is so that's why he sympathized with her on the train. So Claire thinks he's being understanding but in reality Cid doesn't believe her and thinks she's just going through that peak adolescence phase. Don't blame yall for not picking up on it. They're focusing on the dramatic stuff for show. You can kind of tell from Cid's eyes on the train. They look kinda googly but beyond that his poker face is on thicc . Bloodline shit you guys got the gist of. Seen some other reactions where people were going way off into Narnia with their interpretation. Claire originally was a Possessed like the Shadow Garden girls. Cid cured her when they were little but Claire doesn't know. But then she got bit by the Vamp Queen and gained vampire blood. With both in her body she gained that new power and allowed Aurora to manifest in her since those two blood types were originally one. That's why she calls herself the "original". Basically Claire is Madara when he took in Hashirama's cells to awaken the Rinnegan

Also from S01, during the school shooting arc, Rex, the "named children" and all of those guys, they said they were brainwashed and experimented on and the "named children" are those that retained their personalities, but I'm not sure if they implied they were possessed from the get go, even tho we know the cult experiments on the possessed. I rly think that only females get possessed while the males take supplements for their strength in this show, and then theres Cid who is God.

2023-10-21 02:06:13 +0000 UTCAll the girls in Shadow Garden and Claire has the blood of Diabolos aka Aurora so when they got to a certain age they were on the brink of turning into deformed monsters due to magic overload until Cid came and stopped them from overloading. When he does his atomic moves he's spreading his magic in a wide radius and because he's used to dealing with magic overload it was easy for him to fix everyone who was possessed.

After defeating the demon, the heroes, which were all female were cursed along with their descendants aka. all of shadow garden and Rose and Claire, that why SG is all women. Both the Progenitor Vampires and the possessed originate from Aurora. Aurora helps Claire cause she is Cids sister. This was explained in the previous season but I can understand why it might be difficult to follow at times, cause it's just bits of information at the time through the series.
