On a real note, really loving this anime. Has the same kind of magic feeling that Violet Evergarden gave me. Like when Frieren said him living in the village for 3 years wasn't a long time and he said 'the heck it isn't'. Fern has never really said anything like that to Frieren aside from the time with them looking for flowers for Himmel's statue but even then she told the old lady that her frustration was because she felt someone with Frieren's power shouldn't be wasting her time doing this. She's never mentioned anything in regards to her own life.
