She uses her magic power to try to save Sayaka and make her have not enough mana to win this fight in a normal way 2.Sayaka remind Kyoko herself 3.Kyoko got abandoned by her father so she doesn't want to leave Sayaka alone like that 4. Kyoko does have a hint of romantic feelings toward Sayaka

Kyubey doesn’t care about human life not because he’s evil, he LITERALLY does not have the capacity to feel anything. He’s all logic. The end card for this episode always gets me, Kyoko doesn't know how to swim so the art of her diving after an unconscious Sayaka just so she doesn't die alone really says everything about her character. Their natural growth from enemies -> indifference -> partners in death is one of my favorite things about this series.
