The series isn't worth watching anyway if you guys aren't enjoying it, or take breaks that are so long, you forget everything that's happened. We've been watching monogatari for over 2 years now. As much as people like to act as if monogatari is this never-ending series, it's only about 80 episodes. That's shorter than attack on titan. I don't have a problem with waiting, I'm a patient guy, but monogatari is a very convoluted and complex story sometimes. And taking breaks every 4 episodes, for 4-5 months is kinda insane. It's like watching 1 episode of ODDTAXI a month and trying to keep up with what's happening.

Also a duo anime could be The duke of death and his maid. Its a mixture of 3d and cgi but in my opinion they made it work. And people must have liked it enough because their is currently a season 2 airing.
