He was laying flat out in his shadow. Although I can see it more as something with him resting in his shadow to regain his strength or something along those lines.

Because he was only using it FOR revenge so it wore out way faster than it should've if he was doing it for something more like wanting to protect the soul society or his friends of being justice or so on. But the point is that he wasn't doing it for that reason, so it wore out super fast.

I may be wrong about the specifics, but the gist of it is that people who commit sins in the name of revenge (it could be other things, but I’m pretty sure it’s mainly focused on revenge) are punished by having to live their next life as a beast. So while he was alive in the living world, Sajin likely went on a vengeful rampage, condemning him to life in Soul Society as a werewolf. Knowing Sajin, his rampage was likely a matter of honor and loyalty. I could be wrong of course. Only know the bare basics of Buddhism, and I might not understand everything. But coming back to Bleach now, when I’m older, I understand that the Soul Reapers are the dead, and sometimes their lives in the living world have effects on them.

Unless I'm mistaken, Komamura didn't visit the Elder specifically to learn the Jinka Technique. I don't think he'd even heard of it before, unless his implied ignorance was merely Kubo looking for a chance to explain the technique for us. Komamura was looking for a way to get stronger, yes, and he's not an innocent victim here, but the Elder was preying on doggy's weakness. Going back to your cocaine example, it'd be like someone looking around for weight loss advice and being told "use this, it suppresses your appetite." You should probably take some time, do your own research, and maybe ask a trusted friend for their opinion before trying this mystery substance (i.e. the cocaine). Komamura shouldn't have gone alone in his search for power so soon after Yamamoto's death.

While the normal armored form has greater range and durability than most, it’s critical weakness is that any damage on it will reflect on Sajin, but in this severed armored and temporally immortal state, any damage is irrelevant after giving his heart away which as he said- “Before I even stepped into this battle, I HAD ALREADY LEFT MY LIFE BEHIND!” There are ironically 4 (being similar to the word death in Japanese) quotes that best describe this episode- “While seeking revenge, dig two graves - one for yourself” “Revenge provides its own executioner” “Revenge is like a ghost. It takes over every man it touches. Its thirst cannot be quenched until the last man standing has fallen” “Revenge is not a noble sentiment, but it is a human one” The gist of it is Sajin is the representation of the undying loyalty, integrity justice as revenge of the soul society. The theme of revenge is a common one as the same type that Gin had for Rangiku and Tosen for his dead close friend, Yamamoto for Chojiro and Ginjo for himself. While Sajin may have only succeeded in taking down a single Stern Ritter as the strongest female among them and leader of her own group known as the Bambies/Femritters, but it was enough as he’s the first one to take down any one of them in this 2nd invasion. One of, if not the most underrated captain character in the whole series: SAJIN KOMAMURA. Remember the name.

I was annoyed with him when I first read it in the manga because he literally stood there and didn’t even attempt to move back. I literally shouted “SHINJI MOVE!” when he got blasted. However, the anime made it hilarious because not only did Bambi one-shot him, she blasted him again for good measure, making it a double tap. That’s how bad he pissed her off. 🤣🤣🤣 I’m sad my girl Bambi was defeated because I wanted to see more of her. 😞 Speaking of Bambi, her four “friends” ain’t shit. 😭😤
