Just watch it on your own. It's been like that for almost a year and others have tried to get it fixed. Myself included with zero success. Not even an acknowledgement. Roshi either just flat out ignores it or doesn't have the reaction anymore. Nobody knows because he never responds when its mentioned.

Regarding your question as to why Hanbada took this case, I think this might be a pro bono case. Private law firms take cases like that and in my country, tax laws even provide incentives to encourage practitioners.
