the Super Skrull on MVC3 has the power of all fantastic 4. he is the most famous. I don't remember if there was another one with powers. I remember in the comics the avengers and the F4 fought the super Skrull. he was a problem. I was too young to remember the plot

Why must they take all of these characters that canonically have their own achievements and just make them completely useless? So Nick fury is no longer a good spy without the skrulls? Wow. Nice. I hope one day writers will get back to writing compelling characters that don’t have to fall on trope of being incompetent prior to a deus ex.

2023-07-14 07:47:13 +0000 UTCsuper skrulls dont IMITATE powers, they are given specific powers. like lyja the laser fist has well laser fists. she shoots energy blasts from her hands and was once married to johnny storm. kl'rt (the first/original super skrull) had all the powers of the fantastic four plus his own super secret power: super hypnosis aka he got some brain blast powers. thats the one lupa knows from games. he is the only one that uses the term super skrull as a name like the christian deity using the word god as his name or nate grey using xman as a codename. the arrogance of it all lol.

2023-07-14 02:33:57 +0000 UTCNot sure if there was a skrull implant in the submarine, but if you are given orders, you do have to do them if a superior commander tells you, otherwise you'd be branded for treason so it's plausible that the guy telling dude to do it wasn't a skrull. You took an oath to do your country a service so really it doesn't matter if he was a human or skrull, anyone in his position would intimidate and remind others what they have to do when they're serious about their duty. But hey everyone at this point is a fuckin skrull so wtf do I know.

Even the MI6 lady is busy doing local stuff... Not one precaution will be taken to ensure there aren't Skrulls that have access to nuclear weapons? One prick of the finger and we will know if they have red blood or Skrull blood, but we just not going to do anything, I guess. Gravik kinda deserves the win at this point, wow.

He’s using DNA from Groot, Cull Obsidian (the big brute that was with Thanos’ invasion force in Infinity War), the Frost Beast from Thor: The Dark World, and an Extremis soldier to make his people into the MCU version Super Skrulls (because the Fantastic Four haven’t been introduced yet)

2023-07-14 01:55:55 +0000 UTCSo like Lupa was getting at, Super Skrull had the powers of each of the Fantastic 4 members - he could stretch like Mr. Fantastic, turn into rock and have super strength like The Thing, coat himself in fire like The Human Torch, and while he didn't really use them in MvC3, I think he has access to The Invisible Woman's powers too. Thing is, since the MCU hasn't introduced the Fantastic 4 yet, it looks like they're replacing their powers with similar but different sources - the screen Gi'ah looked at had Groot, Extremis (from Iron Man 3), a Frost Beast (from Thor 2) and Cull Obsidian (the big dude that had his arm cut off by Strange in Infinity War). So it looks like whoever becomes Super Skrull will have fire, ice, strength, and stretchy wood limb powers.
