If he departed the system( the rollercoaster), his velocity would be less than that of the rollercoaster, causing it to move ahead of him. Now if he jumped towards the back of the coaster while it's moving forward, it would seem as if he teleported behind buddy

I took 18 hours but after his rehabilitation he could move them like his old ones. Sometimes reality is stranger than fiction.

And everything in this show has truths that reflect the real world although exaggerated at times….like in real life, if it was a clean cut like Doppo you can definitely reattach the limb, but as for having the same movements and sensations like you once did, that’s questionable …but then again this is an anime with guys that clearly aren’t normal humans which kinda explains the fast regeneration after his hand being reattached so you need to take that into account as well

In real life, if conditions are good, you absolutely can reattach a severed limb. And even have restoration of some amount of sensation and motor control. It's usually much reduced to what it was before, but in a series where martial training and willpower let you carve tunnels with your bare hands, it's not that ridiculous to extend that sort of thing to full recovery with a reattached limb.
