The Simpsons is a bad example here seeing as it got a good 9-10 seasons of greatness which is waaaaaay more than 99.9% of series get. Pretty much all Showtime series get dragged out past their breaking point though.

Naomi came up because she married a Billionaire and now has all her assets. They could try to get Amy because since she set up the robbery, it caused Jordana’s death. She can probably get off because of the fact she was forced to do so. Danny def should be seeing jail time. Also Bobby and issac both got arrested

y’all keep saying to be fair to the husband no he invited danny into the house and tried to arrest him which he has no right to do. Yes danny is a bad person but he hasn’t brought any physical harm to anyone before that point where he was held at gun point for no reason at that moment , the only defendable character in this show to me is paul but the rest are horrible grown people who make selfish decisions. They are literally ALL WRONG danny is just more unlucky when it comes to the consequences in my opinion, and as long as amy says that like issac was behind everything and she just said danny cause she was at gun point and for her daughters safety danny should be fine because naomi didn’t see danny there at most she heard his name be said and george was knocked out when june was taken so amy could convince him to just blame it all on isaac

While l find the OP to be high key kinda annoying, I'll just say this... this season was a limited run to see if it was successful. The writer or producer had plans for 3 seasons, assuming season 1 led to Netflix greenlighting more. He said he would focus on new Beef between different character types than Amy and Danny. I'd be interested im what other angles of approach they would take with new seasons. I can really relate to Danny and Amy, so I'd love to see if they could be topped.

Because a lot of shows really do end up feeling conclusive with just one season. What would a season 2 of beef even cover? For the series to still be beef it’d have to cover two more people doing the exact same shit as Amy and Danny, which isn’t needed since we’ve seen that already. Anything else and beef wouldn’t be beef anymore because the core of the show is the rivalry itself…

Damn, just finished the episode and I thought it was a beautiful way to end. All the randomness culminated into something with a message and sweet little ending to send the people home happy. As a believer in "The Universe" like people like to say, I think it's an interesting story of how two people who desperately needed each other ultimately lead to them ending up together, but only after completely destroying their lives prior to meeting each other. Notice how they both only got more and more of what they wanted as the series went along, despite all the drama and nonsense. He got money, he got good with Paul, he got rid of Isaac. She got the deal, she got the pool, she got time off to spend with the family. But they just wanted someone that understood them and accepted them for however fucked up they may be. Again, Amy really is like my mom and her 2nd hubby was almost exactly like Danny, no cap. I need more shows like this in my life 😆. OH, and the production/editing/direction was all immaculately well-done! The crow detail was a wild connection 😂

Where did all the June doesn't like George thing come from? She likes George way more than she likes Amy, which makes sense since George is the stay-at-home parent. June didn't even want to go on family vacation with Amy, when Amy was invited to that thing in Vegas by Jordan. Even Amy has said George is perfect and that she doesn't deserve him a couple of times, but y'all giving him a bit too much undeserved "hate." He's definitely not perfect but he is definitely a very sweet/positive guy and a good parent. Isaac was alive, seen being escorted by cops last episode.

naomi was there but she saw what we saw: danny at gun point aka NOT part of the robbery. it all comes down to if the DA wants to press charges cause amy could get george to not but the state/city could still press charges if they want which most likely they will. but she has the money, lawyers and witnesses to help lessen any thing he would get.

im fine with a season 2 IF it becomes an anthology series like american horror story. same set up (two people beef over something petty but its for deeper psychological reasons) buts its different characters and actors. but a continuation? i dont need another 10 episodes of these folks. do a special if you want to wrap everything up nice and neat in a pretty bow but its honestly fine ending like this

The show’s creator Lee Sung Jin said in interviews that the season finale was the end of the story for Danny and Amy, by design it was a close-ended narrative. The show was pitched as a limited anthology. He has 3 seasons in mind and if the show were renewed then future seasons would explore multiple other beefs and other character types.

At the end she remembers how everything was avoidable in a sense because when the honk in the first episode happened she stoped to think and decided to respond with the middle finger, that wasn't just a in a second reaction she choose to do that Even if it was something that looks not meaninful, it was the catalyst of everything (I'm not saying everything is her fault, just explaining how that was the choise she made and start the snowball of problems) ALSO at the end if you rewind you can see how when they got reception the FIND MY IPHONE activated so the theory is that George was looking for her for a long time til he got the info from Amys iphone and remember when Amy called George in the middle of the shoot out she was saying that Danny was the responsible of the things and when she called 911 she said again that Danny was escaping or something along those lines I loved the reactions a lot, Keep up the good work!
