Hollows, and Inoue/Chad's powers, are all from spirit particles. What's worse, Hueco Mundo is ENTIRELY spirit particles. Essentially, that man has unlimited power here.

We saw a couple clues when their skin literally started peeling off into energy. Chad knew but still chose to become a bigger target to shield Orihime and Nell

Pretty much reincarnation and don't retain memories. That's why quincies completely destroying hollows is bad and ruins the balance. Less hollows (evil souls before being purified by soul reapers) = less overall souls to go back to the living world and continue in the cycle. The imbalance causing the boundaries of worlds to collapse and be destroyed.

And it was getting to a point where their literal skin was on the verge of peeling off their body so really it was better to keep the shield and Chad's access arm mass from his powers on to slow the process of they themselves getting absorbed.

I figure since there was that whole thing in episode one about the king regaining his powers over 900 years, they've probably been waiting for him to recover and training themselves in preparation for the war.

It is kinda weird that Life after Death is still going to be shitty unless you're a Soul Reaper, but even then you just have to fight Hollows until you "die/get killed" once again, lol.

He was also absorbing the particles from their bodies. If she would have dropped her shield, he would have just absorbed them faster. If i recall correctly, Quincies can absorb spirit particles to boost their abilities. Thats how Ishida was like breaking apart the building blockes in order to fuel his big ass arrow in soul society, because in soul society EVERYTHING is made of that. I believe it's a similar situation in hueco mundo and if i recall correctly while you're there your body is also made of spirit particles. Which is how the dude was absorbing their bodies, thus why she had her shield up.

Man that was one of my favorite Shikai powers, keep increasing their weight to the point of them not being able to move anymore... I am with Roshi on Mayuri. As fkd up as he is, he is also that important, we need his intelligence. Mayuri is definitely the type of person you would want as an ally, because he will be a fricken nightmare as an enemy, lol. Just need to watch your back though, because you can't trust him, lmao. Also Roshi, about that turn it off part, didn't you notice that even their SKIN was starting to get peeled? That Quincy ability wasn't just absorbing powers, it seemed like it was going to absorb their whole body.

It is an upgraded and evolutionized Quincy State from “Letzt Stil” which translates to Last style/final form that Uryu and his father still use with the Quincy glove that Uryu used against Mayuri back in soul society which Quilge referred to as “a relic of the past” from 200 years ago when the Quincys seemingly went extinct. That glove was meant as a restraint from them absorbing Spirit particles (Reishi) to uncontrollably give them more power, which now they can freely control thanks to Vollständig. Also his voice actor voices Beerus. Remember besides that Wandenriech = invisible Empire and Stern Ritter = Star Knight.
