2020-05-11 23:20:03 +0000 UTCThe creativity with the use of stand powers is yet even more prominent in Parts 4 and 5. :) In an "ideal" anime with short episodes, little action, and very few episodes, Polnareff and Jotarou would've definitely looked for and found the others, and the four would proceed to defeat the enemy easily by teaming up and attacking consecutively. They probably would've been omnipotent too, understanding 100% of the time exactly what's going on everywhere. However, Araki, being the genius he is, knows that that would be too easy, and leaves so little room for crazy and hilarious shenanigans that JJBA is known for. Also he probably wanted the two episodes to be focused on Joseph and Avdol. To me it looked like the anime was essentially making fun of itself when it came to Jotarou and Polnareff. It's great for simple stupid humor worthy of laughs and facepalms. XD
