One positive I can say is that I like how despite Disney being unusable in a direct sense, they still were able to use the much Older versions of tales that originated in European countries, like Pinocchio, snow white, and little red riding hood. If you've ever heard the original Cinderella story or the Forever King, even, you'll know that Disney actually bought rights to several folk stories back in the day to use them as a basis for the more classic Disney movies we grew up loving.

Part 3 was the first time that Stands were introduced, so there might be something that Araki wanted to implement later. But for the most part, what he said was right. You can't expect someone to sense other from another continent no matter how strong their connection is (I do agree that ability of Hermit Purple was convenient and is mostly useless now). Also Dio only stayed in his mansion because he is a vampire, so it took the crew much more time to find him. Star Platinum is still one of the most powerful Stands up to now, and mostly because he can stop time, so his enhanced eyesight is not that impressive comparing to that.

Bohemian Rhapsody is an automatic type stand. They work on their own once activated and having no set range is the tradeoff for having essentially no direct control over what it does once it's started. It's strength has nothing to do with it, as automatic stands don't have a power tradeoff like long range stands. Also unlike the other stand types, damage to automatic stands doesn't transmit back to the user. Examples we've seen are Black Sabbath and Yo-Yo Ma.

Some stands can be very far from the user but usually those stands are weaker and stands that have to be really close like Star Platinum are very strong. Then there is also remote-control stands where the distance doesn't really matter as long as a certain condition is being met (like Kira's sheer heart attack in part 4). Basically, this person doesn't have to be close because his stand isn't as powerful as something like The World, Star Platinum, Stone Free, etc.

The first half of this episode being such strong allusions to the three wise men is honestly such a good setup considering this whole part has been about the birth of Pucci's new stand that is supposed to allow humanity to reach heaven (this has been mentioned previously so it's not spoilers) much like how Jesus was supposed to be the mechanism that allowed for humans to reach heaven
