2022-09-16 04:12:30 +0000 UTCYou gotta remember that some Stands have abilities that are automatic with a lot of range like in Part 5 the dude that Giorno killed early on had an ability that involved the lighter he used while he was in prison. Those abilities usually have a set condition they follow since the user can't control it.
