SETTING: A barely organised flat, full of cardboard boxes, questionable décor choices, and enough bubble wrap to make a fortress. The takeaway menus are missing, my phone has vanished into the void, and apparently, so has my ability to keep secrets.

MOOD: Warm, teasing, and dangerously close to something deeper. It starts with laughter, but there’s a moment, just one, where the air shifts, and suddenly, we are standing on a very different kind of edge.

CHARACTERS: Me, your best friend, who was absolutely not planning to admit to years of suppressed feelings in the middle of unpacking. You, the person who knows me better than anyone, who now has the unenviable task of deciding whether to laugh it off, kiss me, or throw me in with the packing peanuts.
