Added 2023-12-22 14:14:02 +0000 UTChello lovely patrons, we hope you're having a happy holiday season. this is your second bonus episode for December 2023 and it's the second episode in our TV club series on Star Wars: Andor. in this one, we focus on the first three-episode arc of the show, in which we meet some of our main characters and we begin to follow the journey of Cassian Andor from lovable, couchsurfing screw-up to full-fledged revolutionary and leader of the rebellion. but we also get to meet Syril Karn, a rent-a-cop with a massive chip on his shoulder; Luthen Rael, revolutionary vanguardist; and even the Time Grappler, a guy who bangs a giant bell in town to let people know when the workday starts and ends. we love it!
the episodes we cover are: Kassa, That Would Be Me, and Reckoning
attachments: we have a map from friend of the show and secret Discord admin, David! this is a composite map of the current canonical configuration of the Star Wars galaxy based on a few different maps released in the past few years. they haven't done a huge, Atlas-style map like this in a while, so David makes one on his own. if you like David's work, find him at jointheschwartz on twitter and bluesky. unfortunately, we only know the locations of three planets shown in Andor as of right now, so I have circled all three in red. the one in quadrant Q-4 is Ferrix, where most of this arc takes place. we won't visit Segra Milo and Coruscant until next time.
