So to make sure I understand, 1 year in city is 100 years in Rehabilitation Support Bureau currently? Does the Great AI Lord count time spent in the Bureau or in City as punishment time? If it's by Bureau time, then they'll get out eventually. But if it's City time... Well it'll be fine! We just need to never need rehabilitation <3.
