Tier changes for next month!

To detail them:
- The monthly character polls will be reduced to 1 per month instead of 2, making room for a different kind of poll that I'll be detailing in a bit.
- Support+ will be reduced to 1 character suggestion per month, and instead will get downloads for the source files for each drawing! All of these being accessible through Discord in a separate channel.
- Booty Overlord!! and above will now have a special, OC-only poll monthly! Essentially the same rules as the regular poll, but specifically for OCs. Things about it will be detailed and changed up as we get into it, since it's moreso a community decision between us on what to do with them.
- Thicc Connoisseur!! will be reduced to 2 character suggestions per month on the regular poll, as it's going to be filled a lot more with there only being one now.
