How much is Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door in your country?

However, I know some of you lot here live in lots of different countries so if you could let me know how much it's retailing for in your country and whether that price includes or excludes tax, I would be very grateful.
If you could also let me know at what level the government charge VAT in your country, I would be very grateful, i.e. UK is 20% and Hungary is 27% etc etc.

i could just about understand if it were a new AAA game but for a remake of a 20 year old game the price if very steep I came across a switch copy in my local game shop and it was £45 new that is $57 and I thought that was still a lot
