I just nod and smile knowing how terrible people can be, hopefully one day being a "jerkbag troll" will stop being a thing but I highly doubt it, I'm convinced that people do it just to do it, and don't think twice about it after they click send. The best take-away from this is "READ THE GOOD COMMENTS AND IGNORE THE JERKS!"
