I always thought by the time this happens I would have the right words, to know what to say and articulate exactly how I feel, because I would have had enough time to take in all of it and carefully put my emotions and gratitude into writing, but honestly, I... have no words. I don't know what to say.

A lot of the past couple of months preparing for this was a a lot of conflicting feelings because while I am so so SO happy and excited about this opportunity, I'm also incredibly anxious about the level of my work to be on a platform I've always looked at with great admiration and awe. Heck to have my work be translated officially in another language is already so much too much for my wee heart😭

I've contemplated again and again whether to redraw and rewrite everything, or perhaps to just pray this secretly falls through so I don't have to keep worrying about it. Even on the day of its launch I still couldn't believe it was going to happen, and... it happened! And while I was so excited to see my work on Ridi, I didn't click into the series for the longest time because I was afraid to see any kind of reception for it, and I'm honestly embarrassed to look at my art and writing.

I wish I can celebrate it like how most people probably would, be super proud and take plenty of screenshots without squinting your eyes so hard that everything becomes a blur. Though I am still very proud!!! But to really celebrate all of this - not just the reality of this happening, but to reconcile with my own perception of my work and growth as a creator, is something I'm still learning.

I want to take the time to share that celebration with all of you here. How far Take Off has come is immensely thanks to the financial support from patrons, and reading your comments and messages every time I post on Patreon is the one thing I look forward to the most every week :") Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

And I think that's all I wanted to say... I'm so sorry I said "I don't know what to say" but ended up writing a wall of text😭 Thank you for reading till the end! And here's to more of Take Off!
