The feeling that it's harmful to those who observe and practice is a sentiment held by outsiders and professional fitness alike. But it may also have some helpful merits. Because of this, Pony Cordero wanted to know how harmful it really is and open up the conversation. Both him and I are into fitness and relatively knowledgeable. Sasha Lace decided to join in for his two cents as well.
