Seriously. This is not the kind of thing I want to be focusing on when I'm trying to do actual work. Yes, it's nice when ponies get together. It's part of the circle of life. It's a beautiful thing. But gosh darn it, not when I'm trying to work!
This episode would have been hilarious to me if it hadn't been for the song. I still enjoyed the rest of it and it certainly made sense. The message is even pretty applicable. So long as you don't try to apply the same thing to every romantic encounter you may have. It's just like Novella said - everyone is different. Therefore, it's just like I said - you don't want to rush in and ruin a perfectly good friendship.
