The Albanian flag has nothing to do with religion. Look up some history on it. Albania is the land of the eagles, the flag was created by Gjerg (George) Kasteioti Skenderbeg. He was an Albanian who was taken by Turkish war generals as a prisoner of war and as a reminder to the Albanian rulers not to rebel. He was taken as a child, trained and raised in Turkish regimes and became a great general. One day he rebelled against his Turkish allies and freed Albanian colonies from Turkish forces. He is literally one of the greatest hero’s in Albanian history. He drew the flag himself, a double headed eagle on a red background significant freedom amongst bloodshed. Albania doesn’t care about religion, it was literally the first atheist country in history during its communism regime. Albanians have Muslim, catholic, Jewish and other religions within the same family. Don’t compare us to the Slavic countries, those eagles might have something to do with orthodox Christian views, but when we represent the flag it’s not about religion. It’s about freedom. As an American, your national bird is the eagle bro… what does that represent

Contractor here. Your assumptions on renovations are hella ignorant. Changes cost a lot.. it’s probably on average twice as expensive to make a change as it would be if it in the original contract price. Also we can’t anticipate every problem that lies behind the walls… if we tried it would be so expensive we would lose all the projects to people that don’t. There are shady people but the folks I work with are amazing craftsman and definitely not trying to con the clients.

We bought a house in Utah June 23’. It’s 120 years old or something like that, the old pioneer house that farmed this quarter (160 acres of 640 acre sections originally laid out govt when land was settled). Our lot of land is now only .85 acres, and there are 2-3 year old houses right behind us. We have 9 sheep and a bunch of chickens, can build whatever we want right up to property edge (minus road frontage, that’s 5ft setback) but houses behind us got a ticket from the city for having one lamb for their kids 4H. Deed requirements or whatever miles called it are cool but having the one house without them is cooler
