I have to assume because they knew it would be a benefit to be in business with beast virtual dining agreed to uphold the consistency an quality of his burgers, I find it hard to believe he would agree to a contract if that wasn’t in the terms. They probably assumed he’d be like most chain restaurants and he’d understand there’s gonna be a bit of a quality slide in certain spots, but if they’re violating the terms of the contract, no matter how unrealistic if they violating the terms they agreed to, he’s got grounds. Beast isnt idiot, and I assume his lawyers arent either if they’re bringing this case, they definitely got more than enough grounds to at least make a reasonable one.

At McDonald’s or Wendy’s they’re cooking the burgers so unless the meats rotten if the burger doesn’t come out the way they want that’s on them. Beast doesn’t have that hands on approach, arguably, it was up to virtual to make sure the burgers came out a certain way, and if they didn’t live up to that, he has a grounds for a case, it’s not like he got the meat from them, and then it was on him to serve the burgers to his liking. He had a standard, and they promised they could hold it because they would be the ones helping set up the shops, it’s not like they’re just providing the ingredients they were supposed to show these people the ropes as part of their contract. More importantly, McDonald’s cant sue. Idk bout wendys or BK, but McDonald’s top down, so they own everything the grass, the cows, the slaughter houses, the processing plants, the farms, the wheat fields everything. There’s nobody for them to sue except franchise owners for standards.

Tori, she didn’t sue him for shooting her in the foot; The state went after him with criminal charges. She could sue for defamation and show the damages (shows lost during that period) and show that she got dropped right after the incident but her legal team probably told her it wasn’t worth it optically and it’s an arguable case at Best. Usually in any civil case, the person always counter sues, because if they lose, they have to pay the other persons court fees on top of whatever the judge decides they have to pay, but if they win their counter suit, their opponent has to pay all the fees. It’s also optics, now it seems like two entities in a legal battle rather than before, where it seems like, MrBeast suing a mega corporation. The question went from “whyd they fuck MrBeast” into “what was the relationship? Who’s the bad guy here?”

Guys the mr beast lawsuit isn’t over quality of food, it’s main complaint is virtual dining solutions prioritized opening way to many mr beast burgers. Mr beast is claiming that in order for virtual dining to prove there business proof of concern they ignored quality and focused on opening as many stores as possible to make there own company look better. This influx of restaurants and drop in quality goes against the contract mr beast signed so now he is suing. His case is that virtual dining prioritized proving there concept over mail ting contractual obligations to food quality. I have no idea what you guys did, but every damn week before this week I could click on the video on my phone. It would open in YouTube, then I'd close it. Turn on my PlayStation and watch it on my TV. Whatever you have done has made it so that's not an option anymore. I've already been on the fence about cancelling the Patreon, even though this is my favorite podcast. I've been pretty appalled with the cuckish behaviour of bleeping out tons of words in every patreon episode. Not only does that go against calling yourselves flagrant, but isn't that what Patreon is for? I literally hear regular episodes of other podcasts that say things, you guys seem to bleep on your Patreon.
