Hiya Antonella! Thank you for taking my questions! ~

I recently found out I had the mutant gene and that it is active. I was hoping you could answer some questions for me about your own mutation as I prepare for mine.

-What has been the most headache inducing thing for you since mutating?

The worst? Definitely finding the right sleeping position haha! Having my sides full of arms, six breasts, and a tail sticking out of my hip doesn't leave me much choice, you know? Although in the end you end up getting used to it and like many mutants, I know you even end up adjusting your bed so that it is more comfortable for you. After a while I don’t even think about it.

Mutating and having your body changing, especially if drastically, causes a chaos in your wardrobe. Even though it's not that difficult to get clothes for mutants nowadays, you can already imagine how it must be to replace ALL the clothes you had, that's not cheap not even with discounts. Depending on your mutation, some of your actual clothes may not even be able to be adapted.

Aside from that, I could say that the time it takes me to paint my nails is relatively longer, even with two pairs of eyes doing it. I had to buy another paint kit to use two at the same time and the paint bottles don't last very long. The same applies to using shampoo and makeup for my faces, although I end up very happy with the result.

Another small detail is that depending on how many new parts grow, your body mass increases and your metabolism requires much more food than before. Although that can be an economic problem, I don't think that enjoying more delicious food before feeling completely full and not gaining weight as a consequence is exactly a disadvantage, it depends on how you see it!

-Have you ever gotten your tail head stuck in anything before?

Get my tail stuck somewhere? Ugh, no… that sounds scary. Luckily it has never happened to me, I don't usually use my tail to investigate dangerous places or put it in danger, it's still my head after all, if I get hurt it can be something serious hehe. That does not apply to the case of hitting it against something, that happens quite often even today and is not fun at all.

-What is your favorite aspect of your mutation?

That’s hard to answer! You'll understand better when you mutate. It is very difficult for me to decide something like that... my extra head is undoubtedly one of the greatest advantages but it would be of little use to me to have two brains and two pairs of eyes without extra arms to use, right? The same thing happens the other way around, I think I would have a hard time using all my arms if I didn't have two heads.

Although if I had to stick with just one aspect, it would be my extra head and the fact that it is on a tail, it allows me to turn wherever I want without worrying about hurting my neck or twisting my body. In addition to allowing me to easily multitask, or have two conversations at once, it can be more useful than extra arms in most cases.

-Any cool or funny stories you can tell us from right after you mutated?

Haha, I could talk about that for hours! You know, that myth of mutant sensitivity is totally true so the first days after mutating were a succession of experiments with sexual results. Besides that, you have no idea how difficult it can be to control six arms in a coordinated way within hours of them growing in, although looking back on it now brings up a pretty fun memory. Once I got used to my body, I started to do my daily tasks while involving my extras in them and I must say that was quite an adventure. (I will skip the part of the story where I broke several plates and glasses)

-If you could have mutated in any other way, what would it have been? Or are there any particular mutations that you are rather envious of?

Honestly… I'm pretty happy with my mutation. Although I will not deny that I would have liked an extra leg or a humantaur shape, despite its drawbacks for almost everything related to sitting or lying down. When I write stories about humantaurs or girls with penises capable of penetrating themselves, it makes me a little jealous to think how that must feel. After all, my genitals didn't change at all with my mutation and extra orgasms would never hurt, right? I hope your mutation is lucky in that sense. From what I was told, it can be quite rewarding!

-Do you think that mutating changed your worldview?

I guess seeing the world with two pairs of eyes counts? haha! Apart from how I perceive the world, I don't think my vision of it has changed much due to my mutation, perhaps due to the passage of years or my mental maturity but it is difficult for me to say if my mutation influenced it or not. However, I can assume that if the world had treated me badly about it my answer would be different. We can expect that your type of mutation would also have a lot of influence on that and how easily or not society accepts you. If for example my mutation had given me a sister, I suppose a lot would have changed and probably the way I see the world would have been between those changes.

- Were you ever afraid of what might happen to 'you' if mutation affected your mind in some way?

I honestly didn't have time to think about it while it was happening. My mutation took me completely by surprise and by the time I had time to think about it I had already finished mutating.

Nowadays, the truth is that it doesn't scare me. Our minds change drastically with the passing of time, regardless of you mutating or not, but we don’t think much about that, do we? At this point, I have learned to control my brains without many problems and they always get back into synchronization no matter if I desynchronize them for long periods. So my only concern would be a situation where my brains can’t sync again, but if that were the case, my other self would be a copy of me and it is not something that terrifies me very much.
