Chunk Pregenerator 1.6 Beta V1
Added 2017-12-14 14:08:37 +0000 UTCThe Chunk Pregenerator has started its 1.6 development.
This version has a huge performance increase.
Allowing to generate Chunks with population/postprocessing a lot faster.
There is around a 300-600% Speed Increase in that version.
But here is a changelog:
- Changed: PostProcessing Logic is now experimental that provides a huge Speed Boost. (300-600% depending on the Modpack)
- Added: Command for removing the currently set delay in the pregenerator.
- Fixed: Removed the Unnesseary checks for chunk deletion which slowed it down. (Not that it mattered since it was able to delete 40k chunks in seconds but a tiny improvement is a improvement)
Thats about everything.
Whats to come in the next versions is:
- Gui Elements: Allowing to monitor stuff much better since logging is lag based while the Gui can read the progress on a seperate thread allowing not be effected by the actual pregeneration.
- Structure Control: Allowing to track all the vanilla (and some modded) structures, or recreate them if they are looted and you want to have a refresher, or remove them from the world and keep them removed.
I am maybe making a secondary mod that allows me to reduce the amount of time to port these things.
