I felt the same way, I had such a similar conversation with someone saying "its not doing anything noteworthy but the way they're doing it is like magic i can't explain it", i think i've later come to realize its because of how like, idk, hopeful? wholesome? asta's story is. seeing noble's defend him is so heartening

2024-06-17 02:28:57 +0000 UTCI would say the most unique character so far is gordan I’ve ever seen a character that’s talks so quietly that nobody hears him of acknowledges him speak. But honestly once you start seeing the characters develop you start noticing how different they are from the tropes presented initially. This show has amazing world building as well

However, like Ron said bc pull elements from a lot of different anime and Ft is one of those anime. I’m not going into detail due to spoilers but both shows have some similarities and have their differences and flaws ofc.

Picture this, since they are in the noble realm most of them are nobles and nobles have low tolerance towards danger and do not know where and how to run away. Basically, they dumb. Haha XD Also those with hoods are likely to be lower rank magic knights guards and they have to protect the citizens and can't back up and run and they could be backed into a corner.

You skipped the beginning where you’re introduced to the bad dude (almost put his name) before the opening song. Also, Yuno doesn’t freeze time. As explained earlier, what you saw was the anime showing how fast everything was happening.

However the staff that worked on the series, loved the story and worked overtime to make the animation as good as they could, which was showcased in the big emotional or very serious fight episodes in the future.
