Going to Start Using Anime Lessons in My Vlogs

I have been thinking of ways to incorporate anime into my vlogs a lot. It wont be every vlog, but here is an example of something I might start doing more. ANime is such a big part of my life. Its all I watch and i feel inspired and motivated everyday from a lot of the shows we are watching. SO this only makes sense!

Would love to hear anyones thoughts and feedback around this concept! Also, always open to constructive feedback! Appreciate you guys!

Going to Start Using Anime Lessons in My Vlogs

So big on the "fire to the blade" analogy. Been thru a lot of hardships that at the time I had wished never happened, but all of those experiences have made me who I am today. Although im not where i want to be, i am definitely the best version of me i have been in a long time

Would be interesting to see you document/vlog your journey to becoming Hokage

My life always with anime. “Learning martial arts is not about winning fights. It is not to win a fight, nor to be told by a girl, ‘Oh my God, you’re so strong!’ It’s about becoming healthy in mind and body, and living life with fun and humor, using the leeway created by learning martial arts.” : Dragon Ball Turtle Sage

Also...just finished to watch your workout vlog ( from France 🇨🇵 ), and i think this songs can help to push you away from your boundaries. Give them a try, I pretty sure that Michelle and you will love it! 👉🏾 "Ashes on the fire" attack on titan - Bakrou & Hashira theme ( cover) samuel Kim.🎶🎵 But maybe u already know them.. 😊

Ron, u are experiencing what One Piece did for me. Made me see the world in a different new light. Made me think differently too. Sanji is my fave - he never goes against his code. Taught me to have a code i live by and stick to it. Self Discipline is important. I relate to him the most of any anime character. saying why is spoilers but, slightly similar past in some ways. Those lessons helped me get through some tough times and all the success I achieved, I attribute it to One Piece. I also go to the gym so really great to see this type of content. This video also motivates me to push harder as well and get out of my comfort workout routine. Time to step it up!! I appreciate this PS: I dont go as hard in the gym because our goals are different. I also swim for a full body workout plus to increase lung capacity and I also run, walk and cycle too for lots of cardio.

This is what I call "Anime Knowledge." You can learn a lot of things from anime and actually apply that knowledge to the real world, and that will improve you as a human being. You will be able to see life in a way that you couldn't before and consequently enjoy it more and more. I have been doing it for two decades already, and it works like a charm. To add to that, we can use the songs and soundtracks from anime in our daily activities and feel like we are protagonists in our own anime.

So long as spoilers are avoided / warned, I’m all for it!

Naruto has always motivated me to never give up!

Yeah, it depends on your recovery rate. You shouldn’t workout while sore because you won’t get nearly the same result.

Nice advice! However for muscle hypertrophy and building strength 3 sets is minimum and between 4-12 reps. You can go even for 5-6 times per week like that if you're big gym wolf. But like you said yourself – it’s mostly about consistency.

dzuudo

As someone who’s been through some exercise science classes, I can tell you that you don’t necessarily have to do a ton of sets, it’s mostly about consistency throughout the week. So optimal would be like 3 sets of 10 2 times a week or 2 sets of 10 3 times a week (per exercise of your choice). But keep in mind it’s all about self improvement, so do whatever makes you feel the best.

Eysu

Momentum growing keep it up!!! 🔥

A downside I can see is that the themes you would mention could contain spoilers about the anime's narrative for those who haven't watched

Roberto Diaz

I think it will make some advice easier to relate to and to connect! Also a lot of us in this generation have emotional bonds towards certain anime, so it would make it easier to connect on a emotional level

So excited for this! 🤩
