I genuinely don't understand why people feel they have to spoil things that the show is going to explain itself. It doesn't matter if their theories are wrong right now when the show is literally going to tell them later on. Even the part about it not being the WK's sword wasn't necessary to explain because the show is going to do it itself, regardless of how you try to rationalize it.
