Haha you are not wrong since both the Japanese hiragana is the same but then when written in Japanese kanji that's when it's different and becomes difficult. 😅 You know like the most common example hashi はし can mean different depending on the kanji and pronunciation; 橋 bridge, 箸 chopsticks and 端 edge.

The hawks are meant to symbolize Sasukes maturation from a baby bird bird into a hawk. The same hawk that preyed on the predator that is a snake or hebi. (Japanese for snake) I.e the Immortal Orochimaru, which is why last episode the animals were shown in his fight against his former master. The hunted has become the hunters, so to speak. That’s the ideology for his entire squad. They were all captured and experimented on by him after all.

The difference between Sasuke and Itachi is Sasuke defeated Orochimaru when he was on deaths bed and weakened tremendously. Itachi 1 shot a HEALTHY and you could say prime Orochimaru. Sasuke is a prodigy no doubt, but no where near Itachi. Itachi also holds the 2nd highest academy score in the village's history🫡🫡🫡

42:00 I haven't seen the fillers myself but since you're curious about what Sasuke's thinking, if the filler episodes showed Sasuke's mental development during the time he was with Orochimaru those episodes wouldn't have been considered fillers imo. The reason they're fillers is because they're pretty much inconsequential and have no useful information at all. Although some small parts of some episodes did have some useful information but Sushi squad has given you guys heads up for those parts :p
