Um, no, it doesn't depend. After watching Naruto anime 4 times and reading the manga twice, I can assure you, fillers are not needed nor relevant to the story. They just need to watch the 2 episodes of Kakashi Gaiden because that's actual manga provided by Masashi Kishimoto.

the mangekyou is the final form of the sharingan not an jutsu itself but an power up that can unlock special jutsu like the sharingan. The sharingan as two pupiles who represent taijutsu,ninjutsu and genjutsu. Itach just specialize in genjutsu with what we seen until now. Essentialy every mangekyou are different and have different ability. What kakashi used was not an genjutsu but an special ninjutsu.

The Mangekyo Sharingan is nothing but an evolution of the normal Sharingan, but each Mangekyo Sharingan has its own ability. And the reason Kakashi didn't use the Mangekyo Sharingan sooner is because he's not an Uchiha. It's twice as difficult for him to use the Mangekyo than for a real Uchiha

Since this arc is very close to over. A cool detail that's already been essentially hinted at. The reason why Sasori hates to be kept waiting is because Granny Chio lied to him and told him his parents would be back soon, never telling Sasori when he was a child that his parents actually died in the war. Thus, Sasori has always resented the idea of waiting for things. (Because of it was essentially his childhood trauma of always waiting for parents).

Last upload you mentioned how there are "filler" within the episodes without the episode being fillers, just to explain it a little, this is very normal and common in anime but even more so in LONG running anime, you have to remember that anime is adapting a written form like the manga or light novel etc (95% of the time). 1 manga chapter might result in 8 - 10 min anime (just a guess), and some chapters might be 5 min in anime and some might be 15 min in anime, so to fill this out you have scenes that repeat, flash backs, opening + replay of last episode, a fight scene that might have been 1 / 5th of a page in manga might be turned in to 30 sec of back and forth etc etc. sometimes 1, 2 or even more manga chapters can be adapted to 1 anime episode. So in a long running anime eventually they have to add filler episodes to make sure that the anime doesn't catch up, and to minimize the amount of filler episodes, they make extended scenes with close ups, watching the character breath, slow-motion etc, etc. That is why usually long running animes feel "slower" while short ones that are 12 - 24 episodes feel faster because usually they condense maybe 20 - 30 chapters in to 12ep of anime. and it becomes much much worse once you binge watch it, i always binge watch with my finger on the 5sec skip button to just fly through "filler" scenes of breathing, replays, memories etc etc. So you are right on the money with the statement that it feels like "filler" inside the non filler episode.
