It's going to be a long wait for next episode :( But yeah, long story short, Veldora is still in his Unlimited Imprisonment inside of Rimuru. Ifrit is inside of Rimuru and powerless. If you're wondering if Rimuru has a "cheatcode" for everything in this anime, it may seem that way at the beginning. All I'll say is this anime is full of creatures and beings way more powerful than Veldora.

Inside Rimuru, Veldora actually drew Ifrit to his area, but Veldora is still enclosed in the Unlimited Imprisonment, but I don't think Ifrit is......When Shizu was forced to kill Pirino and Pizu, Leon's eyes did not glow red. Make of that what you will.

When he got stabbed he felt really hot= Heat Resistance Then he felt really cold of blood loss=Cold Resistance Since he had been given both it merged=Thermal Fluctuation Resistance So Ifrists flames dont do damage and certain levels of cold either Still, if the cold or heat are high/low enough it can still work

I can't answer about Ifrit because the next episode will answer everything. Remember when he died as a human, he got immunity while he was talking to his student. The knife was hot but he was getting colder from the blood loss.
