its pretty simple gojo launched his domain and closed in in 2 tenths of a sec rendering everyone unconscious and while that happened he killed the transfigured humans in 300 secs so noone gojo hit with the domain died

TIme in this episode is hard to understand. Actually, this is the activation and the upkeep of his domain that take 0.2s. After that 0.2s he runs and take care of 1000 transfigured humans in 5min (299s), they were unconscious by the fact that his domain poured their brains with 6mounth of informations in 0.2s (including Mahito, that we see, just snap out of it). That why they don't move for 5 min and more. (it was said that people return to normal life after 2 mounth)

No spoilers, just clarification on this ep. Gojos Domain was open for 0.2 seconds, after that he released it and killed all 1000 transfigured humans in the 300 seconds. Everyone was affected by the domain. As you can see, Mahito snapped out of it a bit later. Also for the prison realm, the moment it opened, the 1 min countdown started. Gojo had to be within 4 meters of range for the condition to work. So "Not Geto" wanted Gojo to be on edge and stressed out, so he would have a lot on his mind after those 20 mins. So when "Not Geto" appeared before him, that caused Gojo more likely to overthink, which was 1 minute in Gojos head, thinking about his past with Geto.

It is interesting to think about how different imposter Geto acted in season 1 and 2 of JJK compared to the real Geto in the movie and the flashback arc. The real Geto, even in JJK 0, was dynamic and had a fleshed out personality. He was expressive, he joked around, he got angry, while the imposter never changed his expression in season 1 and season 2.

If you read what the narrator said it says Gojo only focused on the transfigured humans and he had to prepare for a counter attack afterwards from the special grade spirits. Thus, Jogo, Mahito, and Choso are all still alive. Also, Mahito wasn't surprised by Geto's reveal he was simply just then snapping out of Gojo's domain which is why his face looked like that.

Well the cursed spirits didn't know who Geto was in the first place. Mahito's "reaction" was just him waking up from that 0.2 second infinite void, he had just snapped out of it at that point.

No Spoilers: Manga currently is season 4 of the anime if not Season 5/movie. Past this episode is where the plot gets very dense and can be overwhelming to keep up with, so if you need to, definitely pause to read dialogue especially narrator sections which are super useful. Manga readers will agree, there are many times we've had to reread to actually understand whats going on lol.

Gojo as you can see with this ep I promise this is a opinion, but this shows Gojo always acting so cool and calm. He definitely does have emotions and he can be pushed. Honestly, seeing this episode I assume Gojo is just a type of person to act happy all the time, but he’s actually super lonely, super angry, etc.. He hides his happiness underneath all his pain.

So yes, Geto isn’t actually Geto. The Geto whose backstory we got just a few episodes ago, has been dead since JJK 0. This is another entity that has possessed his corpse, who’s name will not be revealed till a later season.
