Season 1 is like a 7/10, coulda been much better but it still did the core things right. Season 2 they just completely deviated from the original plot which in turn made s3 shit as well because s2 and s3 didn't connect. (s3 was based on source material and s2 wasnt)

You guys had me curious so I checked out the 90s version of this episode and in that version the computers they're using is a desktop not a laptop :p. I only checked out the 90s version for a few minutes to find the corresponding episodes but man the sounds and the animation almost drew me into watching the 90s version fully coz of the nostalgic feeling xD you guys should check out atleast a part of it too and see the difference

One version came out in 1999 and the other in 2011 (that's the one you guys are watching). Kinda like Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. They're the same content but just like a more remastered version

2023-08-29 23:34:25 +0000 UTCNo matter how Ron fights hard, he would definitely love Hisoka more in this arc. lol I'm not sure if this is a fact, but I read somewhere that Levi's character design (Attack on Titan) was inspired by Phantom Troupe Feitan. Annie was inspired by Phantom Troupe Pakunoda, Armin by Phantom Troupe Shalnark. Also, I rewatched the Yorknew Arc last night and realized that the Season 4 Eren looked similar to Chrollo haha PS. I'm happy that Ron and Michelle are both looking forward to seeing Leorio back. I've seen a couple of reactors who showed hate and disrespect for Leorio, even talked sh*t about him just because he wasn't as strong and as talented as the other main characters. I'm just glad he's getting some love from Rice and Ginger. PPS. The Phantom Troupe is sick!

2023-08-29 23:33:04 +0000 UTC@Ron, unsolicited advice, I've played Shin Megami Tensei V on Switch, and coming from someone who played a LOT of games on different platforms, SMT V is very very very niche and I honestly think you would not like them. Consider "Persona 5" instead, its from the same company, same-ish genre, but a lot more appealing to everybody similar to Pokemon.
