Just want to say that the old Coach is not purposely being mean or bringing Hinata down. Its the fact that the Coach is absolutely right about this. At this point Hinata doesn't have the skill set to be selected, all his special spike requires a setter at Kageyama's level to work. So when the coach said that without Kageyama he doesn't sense worth, he is talking about the truth. Thats also what Ushijima meant when he said Hinata doesn't have good techniques, Hinata just isn't that good really.

Also I would recommend you two watch the "Land vs Air" 2 episode special that came out before season 4, so you can see what happened during the Tokyo qualifiers for nationals (aka Nekoma, Fukurodani etc...), that was also the first time they used the new animation style too.

Also the ending song animation actually shows all the people supporting Karasuno volleyball team including the club managers, coach, teachers, family, friends, Karasuno Neighbourhood Association and even residents at Karasuno Shopping District which is actually a sweet tribute to those that support Karasuno volleyball team.

Also an FYI, since season 4 was released in 2020 during peak COVID, you may see that the animation took a toll during the second half of the season unfortunately. Also we as viewers were a little late to give yall a heads up but there is a 2 min after-match Shiratorizawa clip that was included with the movie edition of season 3: βοΈ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Utjg2EmYqE8 βοΈ as well as 2 OVA episodes that happen before the start of season 4 that covers the Tokyo qualifiers to determine the 3 teams that go to nationals. I know these have already been commented about in the last post but just wanted to mention them again just in case π And I may have said season 3 is my favorite season out of all of them but these next few episodes are definitely some of the best in regards to character development!!
