It's the same Fly High song but you will notice a difference in the animation. It's not a big difference but you will notice it if you are someone who watched the opening every single episode. I can only say the hardwork and details the animation studio team put in needs and is something we can appreciate. And if you don't notice it, I'm sure those who knows will point out the difference when you post Epsiode 19 on Patreon.

2023-04-22 23:43:50 +0000 UTCA really important scene that I just wanted to emphasize for y'all here for better understanding of the teams/characters was when Daichi was standing in front of Johzenji's banner "simplicity and fortitude" and the Johzenji player was reminded of his previous captain. This really drove the point of how Daichi is kind of a representation of "simplicity and fortitude" which the other team dislikes and consider "boring" - even Daichi himself acknowledges that he is not flashy BUT he is sooo essential to the team. Throughout this entire game, Daichi has been making saves and directing the team in such a way that Karasuno has been able to play more freely. He is the team's stability and he has created "a place for them to play" - which is what the manager of Johzenji was trying to teach her team that they needed.

Because they incorporated a lot of the intros into some moment within the eps, for exp, near the end of season 4, they put in the intro song of Season 1, which made the fans felt both hyped and nostalgic. Fun fact: Season 1 Opening was used in the Olympics held in Japan.

2023-04-22 02:14:39 +0000 UTCLmao, I'm dead, ya'll really don't remember the intros! 😭 and that's like THE Haikyuu!! intro that is familiar and loved by almost all Haikyuu fans. I understand though, I'm a nerd that watches the intro every episode, ya'll are limited on time! Its all good. In any case, you may know this but keep it in mind! Usually for some anime with 24~25 episodes per season, the intro will change completely halfway through (like episode 13~15). Season 3 of Haikyuu will have the same intro all the way through however.
