He's Polaris' older brother! Initially the two brothers were very close but the pressure put on Alcor to inherit the throne eventfully divided them! There were great expectations put on him and he pushed himself to a point where he could no longer control the creatures he created with the celestial brush! >>
This proved his downfall as the succession to the throne is determined not by pure birthright but by how well you can master the brush! So Polaris ascended to King and Alcor was crushed by his own ambitions and the expectations of others DX
Now heh views Polaris as a weak ruler, and schemes behind the scenes about how to reclaim the throne!
Polaris still has hopes that deep down his loving older brother is still in there, but, is cautious around Alcor.
