Patreon Sales Tax
Added 2020-05-31 15:29:42 +0000 UTCHey guys! So, it looks like Patreon will, as of July 1st, start collecting sales tax on pledges! The amount collected will be based on your states sales tax rate and will apply to tiers where you receive digital or physical goods.
So, this will most likely affect pledge tiers of 10 dollars and up. It will not affect this coming pledge collection since cards will be processed on June 1st and this change is not coming until July, but as this might affect the pledges you do, please keep this is mind!
