End of Month report, May 2024
Added 2024-06-02 17:47:33 +0000 UTCIt's the end of May already, and as we move to the summer months we have a lot going on. With the game demo going strong we're continuing to move forward with it. With the new Iron Pen going strong right now the queue is dutifully being cleared and still hoping for a mid-June finishing date. That means that where will only be a few weeks from the end of that to the next one in July, but it needs to be done in order to get things back on the schedule.
Speaking of commissions and the Iron Pen, since I'm trying to get a smaller amount of writing done on non Iron Pen days, about 5k, those that have words banked in the patreon can use them to fill these slots. Basically I'm looking for short stories or books to be written by that point and so if anyone in Sapphire or above wants to be put in an extended queue I can write during these smaller blocks to get it done.
The other major project is the webcomics. While have gotten a few bites on the comic tiers I'm hoping that once we get some more pages out there, but at the time right now quite a bit of my funds are going to these pages. Eventually I'd like to get out some book covers and art assets but I'm really trying to get people hyped up about these stories and possibly get some more artists and comic pages up there. With the one-two punch of nearly back to back quarterly taxes done things can start to open up more, so that remains to be seen.
That's about it, this summer is going to be a lot of writing and getting a bunch of things done in that regard. Hope you enjoy all the work that is going to come down the pipeline!
