Added 2017-08-23 13:27:21 +0000 UTCOne thing I don't particularly miss about commissions, is the pressure I put on myself to finish them within a certain amount of time. I know other artists can take months to finish theirs, but I feel like I'm on the clock as soon as the commission is paid for. If I take too long to finish them - say, a week or two - then I feel I've failed.
For now I'll need to choke down that anxiety - the end of the month is creeping up on us, and I should really draw something to add to the image pack. Fortunately I may have just the thing - an long-shelved idea that started as simple 2-image gag, but now could become a 4-panel comic page!
As for the image up top... perhaps SuperScrub's Araime told a really bad joke, and Monique is saying something like "You do not understand how humor works, do you?" Yup, I'm sure that's it.

2017-08-23 23:54:14 +0000 UTCThanks, though normally if I'm going to include commissions, I like to limit them to ones involving my own characters. And even then, I put in some extra work, like non-commissioned color. :)
