If my intention was to focus on Daisy's rig this month, I'm off to a slow start. After over a month away from it, it's difficult to just dive back into it. I haven't been in much of a drawing mood, either, so that kinda puts me in a bind. The conditions yesterday were JUST right for me to draw a pinup that's been long overdue, though...
On my flight back from Michigan, I had an aisle seat, but it looked like I might've been able to move toward the window. It wasn't a full flight, and the two seats next to me were vacant... until their occupants showed up at the last minute. From their dress (head scarves), I assumed these two women might be fairly conservative, and for some reason that set off my brain's "hey, you should draw a pinup or two" switch. I swear, my brain likes to torture me, because there's no way I'm drawing a pinup on a plane with a total stranger of any kind seated next to me.
Lucky for me, the row in front of us was completely empty! Once we were in the air, I got my window seat, leg room, AND a touch of privacy to draw some tiddy! With no ideas for something new, I scrubbed through my older sketches, and the only one that had any reference was this one of Candice!
I'm planning two images for this - one will be a normal pinup, while the other will be more of a gag image with some character-building dialogue. I'll definitely be using these two expressions, but I haven't decided on the second set of arms.
